Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Flooring Mats Dubai, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-cut or made-to-order flooring

Installed or used products

Clearance and sale items

Flooring adhesives, underlays, or samples

Gift cards or promotional items

Downloadable or digital content
Return Requirements
To complete your return, please provide:

A receipt or proof of purchase

The original packaging of the product
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to our Dubai address provided below.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

Items not in their original condition or packaging

Products damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
You must request an exchange within 3 to 4 days of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Gifts and Promotions
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
